CANCELLATION POLICY:

There is a 48 hour cancellation policy. All cancellations must be made within 48 hours of scheduled pick up time or renter will forfeit their deposit. No Shows : If the renter does not pick up their reserved bike by 4 hours past the reservation pick-up time, the bike may be rented to another person and a $100 cancellation fee will be charged. During biking events and holiday weekends, a minimum charge of $200 will apply.
