Must have valid motorcycle endorsement from state or country of permanent residence.
$1000 security deposit authorized on your credit card at pickup. The deposit is held and upon return of an undamaged motorcycle, with no citations, the deposit is released from hold status within 7 - 10 business days.
$20 per day MANDATORY insurance, which includes comprehensive, collision, liability and medical insurance.
INSURANCE COVERAGES ARE VALID FOR A 24 HOUR PERIOD OF TIME ONLY. THEREFORE, YOU MUST RETURN THE MOTORCYCLE ON TIME. IN AN EFFORT TO KEEP OUR CUSTOMERS PROTECTED, AMERICAN EAGLE MOTORCYCLE RENTALS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO INSURE YOU FOR AN ADDITIONAL DAY IF YOU ARE LATE. THE ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR CONTRACT.
Passengers MUST be present at time of rental to sign a release of liability.

Unlimited mileage on a current year Harley Davidson Motorcycle.
Helmet that meets DOT specifications for passenger and rider. Rain gear available upon request.
Secure, ample short-term luggage storage is provided at the rental location for you to stow your belongings while on the road.
24-hour emergency roadside assistance is provided for towing, jump-starting, and fuel delivery services, if needed.
Cable Locks
All Motorcycles are serviced and maintained by factory Certified Technician according to Motor Company standards.

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)

If the renter purchases the CDW from the rental operator his/her deductible will be $2,000.00 and that is all he/she will be responsible for in the event that the motorcycle is damaged.

If renter declines the CDW, the renter will pay the $2000 deductible to the rental operator. If the damage exceeds the $2000, he/she will be responsible for whatever damages they may cause to the bike.

Our mandatory $20 per day insurance policy covers you for liability, in case you injure someone or damage their property. It also covers you for comprehensive, which does include theft. It DOES NOT cover you for collision. The Collision Damage Waiver or CDW will cover you for any damages that you may cause to the bike.

Reservations are not required, but recommended. All reservations require a non-refundable $150 deposit. The $150 deposit will be applied to the rental rate at time of pick-up.

There is a 48 hour cancellation policy. All cancellations must be made within 48 hours of scheduled pick up time or renter will forfeit their deposit. No Shows: If the renter does not pick up their reserved bike by 4 hours past the reservation pick-up time, the bike may be rented to another person and a $100 cancellation fee will be charged. During biking events and holiday weekends, a minimum charge of $200 will apply for each bike reserved.

IF MOTORCYCLE IS RETURNED MORE THAN ONE HOUR AFTER SCHEDULED RENTAL TIME, A LATE FEE OF $50 PER HOUR WILL BE APPLIED.
NO CREDIT OR REFUNDS FOR EARLY RETURNS OR UNDESIRABLE WEATHER CONDITIONS.
ALL RENTALS MUST BE PICKED UP OR RETURNED A MINIMUM OF ONE HOUR BEFORE THE CLOSE OF THE STORE.
