Jack and Rhonda were a pleasure to deal with. We had booked two bikes for two days, but we had an unexpected illness. They allowed us to postpone the pick-up until the next morning and change to a one day rental without any hassle.

I made an advance reservation by phone and when I arrived at the store, my Road Kind was ready and waiting for me. It was spotless and exactly what I was told I would get. This place is THE TICKET! My friends and I were planning a trip to Key West. We didn't know that Daytona's Bike Week just happened to be the same weekend. We called everywhere to reserve a bike and everyone was sold out. A friend recommended that we call American Eagle Motorcycle Rentals. Not only did they accommodate all 4 of us on short notice, but we got brand new bikes. My Road Glide had only 8 miles on it. The service was fantastic and I even got a Thank You card in the mail. Last month I was visiting the Fort Lauderdale area and wanted to rent a Harley. I called one of the national franchise companies to check rates and availability and then I found American Eagle Motorcycle Rentals and called them for the same. I'll be honest with you. There was a difference in price by about $20 or so for a couple of days rental. The franchise dealer was a bit cheaper so I did some research on both rental companies. I read on the internet that American Eagle's customers had so many great things to say about Jack and Rhonda and the way they treat their customers. So I decided that I would go ahead and spend the extra few bucks and give them a try. Heck, I was on vacation so whats another $20. You know the old saying, You get what you pay for?? Well I surely got what I paid for at American Eagle. I reserved a Road King and when Jack brought the bike around I thought it was BRAND NEW. It was spotless. You would have never known that the bike had almost 8000 miles on it and you certainly would never know it was a rental. I felt like I was riding my own bike. The atmosphere and the customer service was great. The entire experience was 5 stars. If you want to rent a Harley in Fort Lauderdale, do yourself a favor and call American Eagle Motorcycle Rentals. You won't be disappointed!

I rented a brand new V Rod from American Eagle and let me tell you it was the best experience i have ever had on renting any vehicle. Before I arrived the customer service was great. Rhonda was in touch with me via email and helped me out every step of the way. Once I arrived at the location the bike was very well explained to me and you can tell that they really maintain them well. I felt like I was borrowing my dads bike!!! hahaha.. I drove out of my way to rent from A.E. because the price was inexpensive, when I returned the bike they even offered me a ride back to my hotel! I would recommend anyone interested in renting to call A.E. Rentals. Thanks again!!!

I rented a brand new Street glide from American Eagle and had the trip of a lifetime down to Key West. The personal service and care that American Eagle provided was incredible. I arrived by taxi from the airport and was heading south in less than 30 minutes (Including a familiarization tour of the bike). It was an incredible experience from the exchange of e-mails to the final drop off (The drop off was quicker than the pickup). I would strongly recommend American Eagle to anyone considering a rental in south Florida!

We rented 3 bikes for only 24 hours but were given professional, friendly service as though we'd bought them. Rhonda and Jack run a fantastic business and were superb communicators prior to our arrival from the UK. The bikes were gleaming and spotless. One of the guys wanted to swap his bike and this was absolutely no problem. We had a blast with the Harleys. It made all the more fun knowing that AE had taken care of us. If you are looking to rent a Harley-Davidson Motorcycle in South Florida, this is the only place you should go. Jack are Rhonda are extremely helpful in ensuring a first class experience during your rental. They assist you in finding the perfect motorcycle based on your riding experience and size. And making the choice is no easy task considering the wide selection to choose from. All of their inventory is basically new, so you will never be on an old clunker. Jack is very meticulous with the care and maintenance of his motorcycles. The experience exceeded my expectations and I am already planning my next rental. I highly recommend them.

I recently rented a Ultra Classic from American Eagle. What a good deal - so rare today. I booked in advance from overseas and was impressed to find that I was not charged a dime and was told there would only be a cancellation fee if I was a no-show. All the competition wanted payment in full in advance with refund policies that are scary.
When I arrived to collect the bike I was impressed by the friendly can-do service that met up to all I was promised. I was wowed by a spotless brand new bike. I was given a contact number for 24x7 personal service for any questions or problems as well as a number for roadside service. I rode my dream without concern. The return was as pleasant and simple. I love to do business with honest and friendly people and that is exactly what I got at American Eagle. I recommend them highly and will certainly be back for more.

American Eagle Saved our vacation! We made a reservation with another company, that we will not dare mention the name of. When we got into town, they told us that they stopped renting motorcycles. Lucky for us, they referred us to Jack and Rhonda at American Eagle. They were very courteous and offered us fantastic customer service. You can tell that they really care about their customers, unlike the other company. We picked up a few Road Kings, which were spotless and were on our way to the Keys in no time. If you want to rent a Harley in the Ft. Lauderdale area, don't even waste your time anywhere else. American Eagle Motorcycle Rentals is the place to go.
