AWESOME people to do business with!! Just returned the 5th bike we have rented from A/E and as usual Rhonda & Jack were friendly and personable. They truly appreciate and value every single sustomer, and they strive to demonstrate that. Previously I had dealt with their competitors and never once received such fantastic customer service. Hands down, the ONLY HD rental outfit to deal with in Lauderedale, and until we are in a position to buy a bike, we will continue to rent only from Jack and Rhonda.

While shopping at walmart one Sunday, Rhonda recognized my wife and I from half way across the store and made it a point to say hello and chit chat for a few minutes. Now HOW COOL IS THAT!! My wife and I just recently rented an ULTRA from American Eagle and want to add our accolades to this great experience. We ride our own ULTRA in Arizona but this was our first experience at renting and it was a very good one. The bike was in great condition and Rhonda could not have been more friendly and helpful as we got on our way. We returned on a Sunday and both Rhonda and Jack showed up to check us in and then gave us a ride to the airport. We had a great short vacation in southern Florida and to Key West. You really have been a pleasure to deal with from day one.  You made the reservation process easy and didn't require a dime up front.  Even when Mother Nature decided to drown south Florida with rain, you were completely understanding about my last minute change in plans and I wasn't charged any cancellation fees.  By comparison, the airline I traveled on took the opportunity to double the price of my ticket.

After searching on-line for a MC rental for my trip to South Florida, I found that American Eagle offered the best pricing and best selection with a central location.  From booking, to pick up to drop off, the entire experience was seamless.  The V-Rod I rented looked brand new and ran beautifully. I put over 600 miles on it in one day and loved every second of it.  From now on, I will never search again and will return to American Eagle each and every time I visit South Florida.

PS.  The owners are the nicest folks you ever want to meet! (not to mention that Rhonda is very beautiful!) Talk about a one a once in a lifetime experience.  I spontaneously met my dad down in Ft. Lauderdale while he was there on business as we've always talked about wanting to take the motorcycle trip down to the Keys.
Jack and Rhonda were great!  They answered every question we threw at them and had the bikes ready to go when we got there.  They were extremely helpful the entire trip which really added a nice personal touch of southern hospitality with being on call 24/7 if needed.

Location, location, location...literally a few minutes from the Ft. Lauderdale airport made the trip back to D.C. a piece of cake.  Of course, we had to fill up our own gas tank before hitting the tarmac. Rhonda recommended a great BBQ restaurant which was in route.

This is a top notch place run by A++ folks...definitely would and will recommend American Eagle for years to come!

I rented a Road King for the last weekend in November. I can say that I was treated with respect (well Jack's kind) and had the most fun I've had in a long time. Jack and Rhonda have a very wonderful demeanor and it was such a pleasure to find that coming from the warm Canadian fall.

This place is THE TICKET! My friends and I were planning a trip to Key West. We didn't know that Daytona's Bike Week just happened to be the same weekend. We called everywhere to reserve a bike and everyone was sold out. A friend recommended that we call American Eagle Motorcycle Rentals. Not only did they accommodate all 4 of us on short notice, but we got brand new bikes. My Road Glide had only 8 miles on it. The service was fantastic and I even got a Thank You card in the mail. We went for a 10 day vacation, Ft. Lauderdale to Miami then to Key West and back. Rhonda made sure I was comfortable on the back. She ordered me a back rest that was much appreciated for the long ride.The bike was like brand new and they had many types to pick from. We are price shoppers and looked for lower prices with first class bikes. We got just that! Rhonda told me the price out the door; other rental places gave a price BUT a ton of additional charges. Last month I was visiting the Fort Lauderdale area and wanted to rent a Harley. I called one of the national franchise companies to check rates and availability and then I found American Eagle Motorcycle Rentals and called them for the same. I'll be honest with you. There was a difference in price by about $20 or so for a couple of days rental. The franchise dealer was a bit cheaper so I did some research on both rental companies. I read on the internet that American Eagle's customers had so many great things to say about Jack and Rhonda and the way they treat their customers. So I decided that I would go ahead and spend the extra few bucks and give them a try. Heck, I was on vacation so whats another $20. You know the old saying, You get what you pay for?? Well I surely got what I paid for at American Eagle. I reserved a Road King and when Jack brought the bike around I thought it was BRAND NEW. It was spotless. You would have never known that the bike had almost 8000 miles on it and you certainly would never know it was a rental. I felt like I was riding my own bike. The atmosphere and the customer service was great. The entire experience was 5 stars. If you want to rent a Harley in Fort Lauderdale, do yourself a favor and call American Eagle Motorcycle Rentals. You won't be disappointed!

I rented a brand new V Rod from American Eagle and let me tell you it was the best experience i have ever had on renting any vehicle. Before I arrived the customer service was great. Rhonda was in touch with me via email and helped me out every step of the way. Once I arrived at the location the bike was very well explained to me and you can tell that they really maintain them well. I felt like I was borrowing my dads bike!!! hahaha.. I drove out of my way to rent from A.E. because the price was inexpensive, when I returned the bike they even offered me a ride back to my hotel! I would recommend anyone interested in renting to call A.E. Rentals. Thanks again!!!

I rented a brand new Street glide from American Eagle and had the trip of a lifetime down to Key West. The personal service and care that American Eagle provided was incredible. I arrived by taxi from the airport and was heading south in less than 30 minutes (Including a familiarization tour of the bike). It was an incredible experience from the exchange of e-mails to the final drop off (The drop off was quicker than the pickup). I would strongly recommend American Eagle to anyone considering a rental in south Florida!

We rented 3 bikes for only 24 hours but were given professional, friendly service as though we'd bought them. Rhonda and Jack run a fantastic business and were superb communicators prior to our arrival from the UK. The bikes were gleaming and spotless. If you are looking to rent a Harley-Davidson Motorcycle in South Florida, this is the only place you should go. Jack are Rhonda are extremely helpful in ensuring a first class experience during your rental. They assist you in finding the perfect motorcycle based on your riding experience and size. And making the choice is no easy task considering the wide selection to choose from. All of their inventory is basically new, so you will never be on an old clunker. Jack is very meticulous with the care and maintenance of his motorcycles. The experience exceeded my expectations and I am already planning my next rental. I highly recommend them.

I recently rented a Ultra Classic from American Eagle. What a good deal - so rare today. I booked in advance from overseas and was impressed to find that I was not charged a dime and was told there would only be a cancellation fee if I was a no-show. All the competition wanted payment in full in advance with refund policies that are scary.
When I arrived to collect the bike I was impressed by the friendly can-do service that met up to all I was promised. I was wowed by a spotless brand new bike. I was given a contact number for 24x7 personal service for any questions or problems as well as a number for roadside service. I rode my dream without concern. The return was as pleasant and simple. I love to do business with honest and friendly people and that is exactly what I got at American Eagle. I recommend them highly and will certainly be back for more.

American Eagle Saved our vacation! We made a reservation with another company, that we will not dare mention the name of. When we got into town, they told us that they stopped renting motorcycles. Lucky for us, they referred us to Jack and Rhonda at American Eagle. They were very courteous and offered us fantastic customer service. You can tell that they really care about their customers, unlike the other company. We picked up a few Road Kings, which were spotless and were on our way to the Keys in no time. I picked up a beautiful, brand new Road King first thing on a Saturday morning. I was greeted as if an old friend, the paperwork was all prepared, the motorcycle was prepped, shined up, and ready to go. I was in and out in a matter of minutes, but was hardly in a hurry to leave, Jack and Rhonda made me feel so welcome. Of course there was a great ride to the Keys waiting for me, so I had to get going. Two days later when I returned the bike, I had the same friendly reception. Rhonda was genuinely interested in how my buddy and I enjoyed our ride, and how I enjoyed the Road King. Paper processing was once again super quick, and Rhonda called us a cab and we were over at the airport in ten minutes.

I'll certainly return for the great, friendly service, the beautiful cycles, and the fantastic weather.

What a pleasure renting from AE. Fantastic bike, practically brand new, excellent service from Jack and Rhonda (and their sons too!), great selection and I hear they may start renting scooters too! Can't beat the experience of picking up the bike so close to the airport, hassle free, and taking the ride down to the Keys. Incredibly reasonable cost and no doubt the ONLY place to rent a Harley in South Florida.
